Encouraging Africas economic growth comes not only from its natural resources potentials, for which the continent is well known. Unfortunately, many of these countries lack well-structured and functional public service to give added value to the rich natural resources potentials of the continent. The book should be seen as the continents engine of growth with the purpose of becoming a potential world player. However, it calls for a holistic paradigm shift, political will and mindset to confront the many challenges facing the continent. This is a book worth reading and thinking about.
